MSc Anna Segués Codina
Anna Segués Codina graduated in Chemistry at the University of Barcelona in 2018. During her degree, she did an internship at CSIC-IQAC. After, she worked in the R&D of a small company. She pursued a MSc degree in the Green Chemistry: Energy and the Environment at Imperial College London in the UK. During her MSc, she was working on the development of novel adsorbent materials to remove arsenic from drinking water. Afterwards, she continued working in this project at the Imperial College as a research assistant. Anna is currently conducting her PhD at Catalan Institute of Water Research (ICRA). Her research is focused on the optimization of graphene-based sponge electrodes for the disinfection of drinking water.
